The Constellation class frigates, envisioned as a modern and versatile addition to the Navy’s fleet, have been plagued by extensive changes to their core design. Revolutionizing Naval Operations: The Successful Test of the U.S. Navy’s Transferrable Rearming Mechanism (TRAM)
